IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Membership renew/upgrade is used to renew or change your EXISTING AOSpine membership.
To renew or change your membership package you must be able to pay online using a credit card or have an AOSpine membership voucher.
An alternative to paying online:
- Download the AOSpine membership payment fax PDF form
- Complete the form with your payment preferences
- Fax the form to +41 44 200 24 12
- After processing your payment you will receive voucher code by email which can then be input in step 2 of the registration process.
