IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To register for an AOSpine membership package you must be able to pay online using a credit card or have an AOSpine membership voucher.
An alternative to paying online:
  • Download the AOSpine membership payment fax PDF form
  • Complete the form with your payment preferences
  • Fax the form to +41 44 200 24 12
  • After processing your payment you will receive voucher code by email which can then be input in step 2 of the registration process.
Existing members must use the renew/upgrade membership option.
